Olivier Mery de Montigny

Olivier Mery de Montigny has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. Olivier is currently the Head of Operational Excellence at Renault Trucks since 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Volvo Group for over 20 years. In their time at Volvo Group, they served as a Senior Innovation Manager and Workshop Director, responsible for managing a team of 80 people, including six managers. Olivier also held the position of Maintenance Director at the heavy-duty engine factory, where they were in charge of the maintenance of production equipment and managed a team of three managers and 50 employees. Olivier's other roles at Volvo Group include Group Manager for Product Quality Improvement, Project Manager for the industrialization of a new diesel engine, Architect for engine cooling and lubrication system development, and Project Manager for brake system development. Olivier has extensive experience in team leadership, quality improvement, and project management.

From 1999 to 2002, Olivier Mery de Montigny attended ENSTA Paris, where they obtained a Master 2 (M2) degree in Génie industriel.
