Caroline Wurth Carlicchi is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in logistics, supply chain management, and executive coaching. Currently serving as the Head of Industry Quality & Supply Chain Academy at Renault Group since July 2017, Caroline also acts as an Internal Executive Coach and focuses on skills development, innovation, and collaborative pedagogical engineering. Previously, Caroline founded Coaching Go, providing coaching and consulting services to enhance organizational performance and individual managerial skills. With a decade of experience as a CEO and founder in logistics consulting and roles including Logistics Director at Saint Gobain and Inbound Logistics Director at Lapeyre, Caroline has developed expertise in change management and international logistics. Caroline holds a Master's degree in Business Management and Logistics and is a Certified Transactional Analyst in Organization.
