Monike Schuster has a diverse background in engineering and project management, currently serving in the Powertrain Engineering department at Renault Group since April 2023. Previously, Monike worked as an Analista de PCP at Neodent for a brief period in early 2023 and held various internship roles in mechanical engineering, including positions at Groupe Renault and Bühler Group, where responsibilities included problem-solving and production planning.
