Svetlana Ivanova has extensive experience in customer satisfaction and performance management, currently serving as the Customer Satisfaction Performance Director at Renault Group since June 2008, where the focus is on achieving 100% satisfied customers through the Breakthrough Plan for Sales and After-sales quality. Prior roles at Renault Group include customer satisfaction project manager, executive secretary to the SVP and Chairman of the Eurasia Region, and various product and brand management positions. Additional experience includes internships at GDF SUEZ, Air France, EDF, and IMA-Consulting. Svetlana holds a Master of Arts in comparative political studies from Sciences Po and a Master's in International Politics from MGIMO University.
