Gregg Hara

Gregg Hara has extensive experience in sales and business development, with a focus on technology solutions. Gregg began their career in 2000 at Micromuse, where they served as the Director of System Integrator Alliances and Sales. In this role, they successfully increased annual channel revenues and managed a North American sales team.

In 2002, Gregg joined Ensim (formerly TeleGea) as the Director of Sales, responsible for direct sales, account management, and partner management. Gregg negotiated and managed partnerships with leading softswitch manufacturers and played a key role in marketing Ensim's Service Delivery and Automated Provisioning solutions.

Gregg joined Sigma Systems in 2006 as the Senior Director of Sales, where they created and launched go-to-market strategies to drive software and service sales. Gregg exceeded sales quotas and closed significant deals with strategic customers during their tenure.

In 2009, Gregg joined Centina Systems as the Vice President of Sales and Business Development. Gregg developed and implemented a worldwide partner strategy and successfully closed deals worth over $1 million in the first year. Gregg also negotiated a partner reseller agreement, resulting in the company's first Tier 1 service provider customer contract valued at $5 million.

Gregg's most recent role was at Ciena, where they served as the Director of Blue Planet Partner Sales. Gregg managed sales and technology partner alliances and created business plans and go-to-market strategies. Gregg consistently exceeded annual quotas by driving software and service sales through partners and received the Top Partner Sales Award in 2021 for exceeding revenue targets.

Gregg's future plans include joining Render Networks as the Sales Director, EPC in 2023.

Gregg Hara has a degree in BSEE with a focus on Digital Design from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Gregg has also obtained additional certifications including Unified Assurance and Analytics Sales Specialist and ROA Sales Specialist from Ciena in 2021.
