Alison Baritot

Alison Baritot is the current Head of People at Render. Prior to their current position, they served as the Head of People at Triplebyte from November 2019 to February 2022. Baritot has also worked as an HR Business Partner, Engineering & Customer Support at Rubrik, Inc. from May 2017 to October 2019 and as the Head of University Recruiting at Dropbox from April 2011 to May 2017. Alison began their career as an Analyst, Economic Consulting at Compass Lexecon from June 2008 to April 2011.

Alison Baritot graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from University of California, Berkeley. Alison then obtained their certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in Professional in Human Resources.
