Olga Tsõgankova has over 15 years of experience in the financial services industry. Olga began their career in 2005 as a Client Relationship Manager at Swedbank Estonia. In 2010, they moved to AS Citadele banka Eesti Filiaal, where they served as a Senior Client Relationship Manager with responsibility for customers portfolio, proactive relationship management, KYC and EDD, and team leading. Olga also gained international business experience and the ability to work in team and independently. In 2020, Olga was appointed as the Head of Customer Service at Rendin.

Olga Tsõgankova obtained their Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Tartu between 1998 and 2001. In 2008, they completed an Accelerated Certificate in Relationship Management for International Private Banking from the Agence de Transfert de Techologie Financiere Luxembourg, Institut Formation, Luxembourg.
