Ty Stanley, CGC has over 20 years of experience in the construction industry. Ty currently serves as the Vice President of Construction & Development at Rendina Healthcare Real Estate. In this role, they provide tailored solutions to healthcare clients and has a deep understanding of real estate development in the healthcare industry. Prior to this, Ty was a Managing Partner at Icing on the Kake by Khayla, where they created custom confections for special events. Ty has also held senior project manager positions at D. Stephenson Construction, Inc. and Horus Construction Services. With Balfour Beatty Construction, Ty served as a Project Engineer, Assistant Project Manager, and Project Manager, working on various projects including educational institutions, emergency repairs, and commercial buildings. Ty's diverse experience and expertise make him a valuable asset in the construction field.

Ty Stanley, CGC completed their education between 1994 and 2001. Ty obtained a Diploma from Miami Coral Park Senior High in 1997. Later, from 1997 to 2001, they attended Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Engineering Technology, specializing in Construction Sciences-Management.

In addition to their educational qualifications, Ty Stanley, CGC possesses additional certifications. In 2015, they obtained a Florida Certified General Contractor certification from the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation. Furthermore, in 2016, they acquired a Florida Real Estate Sales Associate certification, also from the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation.
