Cierra Zayas, MBA, has a strong background in managing customer support and office operations. Cierra began their career in 2012 as an Office Manager at FIDELITONE, where they oversaw operational requirements, created weekly billing invoices, and supervised a staff of 15. In 2015, Cierra joined Renegade Furniture Group as the Department Head of Customer Support, where they managed third-party delivery partners across the U.S. to ensure efficient white glove delivery of furniture.

Cierra Zayas, MBA began their education journey in 2010 at the University of South Florida, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General. Cierra completed their undergraduate studies in 2012.

In 2017, Cierra enrolled at Florida International University and embarked on a Master of Business Administration (MBA) program, specializing in Business. Cierra dedicated herself to their studies for two years and successfully earned their MBA in 2019.
