Kurt Grady has a rich and diverse work experience spanning over several years. Starting in 1994, they served as the Director of Clinical Services at Express Scripts. Kurt then moved on to GlaxoSmithKline, where they held the position of Associate Director of Respiratory Regional Medical Scientists from 1997 to 2000. Following this, they worked at Centocor as the Associate Director of Gastroenterology Clinical Scientists for four years. In 2004, they joined Kmart Corporation as a Pharmacist, and in 2008, they transitioned to a role as a Pharmacist at Medicine Shoppe. Currently, they are the Head of US Medical Science Liaisons at Reneo Pharmaceuticals, a position they have held since 2023.

Kurt Grady has a diverse education history. Kurt started their academic journey in 1984 at the University of Health Sciences and Pharmacy in St. Louis, where they pursued a degree in Pharmacy. Kurt completed their studies in 1990 and obtained a Pharm.D. degree.
