Stephanie Hau

Stephanie Hau has over 14 years of experience in the clinical data management field. Stephanie began their career in 2005 as a Clinical Data Associate at Covance, where they were responsible for clinical data review, query generation/resolution, and supporting the delivery of clinical data according to client quality and integrity specifications. In 2006, they joined inVentiv Health Clinical as a Data Analyst, taking on the primary responsibility for the data management activities on 3 studies and leading the DM team. From 2008 to 2012, they worked at Novartis as a Clinical Data Manager, where they were the Initial Point of Contact for 7 Clinical Trial Teams and drove resolution of outstanding issues and questions for CTT based on new processes developed. Stephanie then moved to GSK in 2012 as a Clinical Data Scientist. In 2018, they joined the Strategic Solutions Division of PRA Health Sciences as a Lead Data Manager and was assigned as a Study Data Manager at Bayer as part of The Embedded Solutions™ model. In 2019, they joined Orchard Therapeutics as a Senior Manager, Clinical Data Management and Manager, Clinical Data Management, and was responsible for all data management aspects on phase I-IV fully outsourced studies in rare disease indications. In 2021, they joined Achilles Therapeutics plc as an Associate Team Leader, Data Management and Senior Manager, Data Management. Currently, they are the Director, Clinical Data Management at Reneo Pharmaceuticals, where they are accountable for all clinical data management deliverables and activities, and leads/contributes to evaluating proposals and associated costings.

Stephanie Hau has a BSc in Pharmacology from the University of Portsmouth. Stephanie has also obtained certifications as a Mental Health First Aider, Fire Marshal, First Aid at Work, and Fire Warden Training from Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) England, St John Ambulance, and Worksafe (UK) Ltd, respectively.
