Vernitra Reed

Vernitra Reed has worked in the pharmaceutical industry since 1994. Vernitra began their career at G.D. Searle Company as a Regulatory Affairs Administrator. In 2000, they moved to TAP Pharmaceuticals as a Supervisor. In 2001, they joined Genzyme as Manager of Submission Operations. From 2005 to 2008, they worked at CSC - Computer Sciences Corporation as a Senior Consultant. From 2008 to 2014, they worked at AbbVie in various roles, including Associate Director, Strategic Solutions & Operations, Regulatory Affairs, Associate Director, Submission Management, and Submissions Manager - Strategic Submission Planning & Execution, Regulatory Affairs. From 2014 to 2020, they worked at Reata Pharmaceuticals, Inc. as Director, Submission Management. Currently, they are Director of Regulatory Affairs Operations at Reneo Pharmaceuticals.

Vernitra Reed attended Hyde Park from 1985 to 1989. Vernitra then went on to the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology in 1993. In 1995, they earned a Master's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Webster University.
