Will Chou

Will Chou has extensive work experience in the field of clinical development and medical affairs. Will currently holds the position of Vice President of Clinical Development & Medical Affairs at Reneo Pharmaceuticals. Prior to this, they worked for FibroGen, Inc. as an Executive Director in Clinical Development from 2017 to 2022. Will Chou also served as a Senior Medical Director at Genentech from 2010 to 2017, a Medical Director at Cytokinetics from 2008 to 2010, and a Medical Director at Amgen from 2003 to 2008. Earlier in their career, they gained experience as a Vice President at Summit Partners from 2000 to 2003.

Will Chou holds an M.D. and a J.D. degree from Yale University, specializing in Medicine and Law. Will then pursued a residency in Internal Medicine at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, which is affiliated with Harvard Medical School, from 1997 to 2000. Prior to this, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Economics at the University of Michigan.
