Heather Cohn

Heather Cohn is a seasoned quality assurance professional with extensive experience in various industries. Currently serving as a Senior Quality Assurance Manager at Renesas Electronics since August 2024, Heather previously held the role of Quality Assurance Manager at SMTC Corporation and worked at Leonardo DRS as a Quality Engineer. Heather's career began at Powercon Corporation, where responsibilities spanned from quality assurance and master scheduling to administrative roles. Heather has conducted internal audits, contributed to ISO 9001 compliance, and implemented employee incentive programs using Lean methods.
