Jason Fransua

Jason Fransua, CRCM, CAMS, currently serves as the Senior Director of Compliance at Renew Financial since November 2024. Previously, Jason held the position of Chief Compliance Officer at Hearth from June 2021 to November 2024, overseeing various teams including HR, Operations, and Compliance while ensuring regulatory adherence and mitigating compliance risks. Prior roles at DigniFi included Senior Director of Compliance and Vendor Management, where Jason developed compliance training programs and vendor management initiatives. Additional experience includes positions in operations and compliance at U.S. Bank and Wells Fargo, as well as leadership roles in retail management at Planet Fitness. Jason's extensive background in compliance, risk management, and operational excellence is underpinned by formal education from NorthWest Arkansas Community College.
