Romilly Wong

Romilly Wong began their work experience in 2007 at IBM as a Third Party Maintenance (TPM) Contracts Administrator. From 2007 to 2011, they analyzed maintenance agreements, set up contracts, and handled escalations for customer support. From 2011 to 2020, Romilly worked as an ANZ Service Planning Business Analyst and Data Specialist at IBM, ensuring accuracy and processing of entitlement data. They also acted as a CEDS Administrator, maintaining and updating entitlement systems. In 2023, Romilly joined Renew IT as an IT Support Technician.

Romilly Wong holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from the University of Technology Sydney. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications, including Power BI for Beginners from Simplilearn in May 2022, Azure Fundamentals from Simplilearn in April 2022, Tableau Training from Simplilearn in April 2022, Data Visualization from Kaggle in March 2022, and Python from Kaggle in March 2022.
