Michael Galdi currently serves as the Chief Talent Officer at ReNEW Schools Charter Management Organization, a role held since January 2016, after previously working as the Executive Director of Human Capital at ReNEW Charter Management Organization from October 2011 to January 2016. Michael has extensive experience in human capital strategy, overseeing recruitment, performance management, and staff development, successfully increasing the number of high-quality staff from 300 to 650. Prior to this, Michael was the Executive Director of Human Capital at the Recovery School District, managing the recruitment and performance of over 1000 employees, and developed the human capital strategic plan for the district. Michael began a career in education with Teach For America, where responsibilities included talent recruitment and program oversight for teachers, ensuring significant academic achievements for students. Michael holds a Master's degree in Education from Saint Joseph's University and two Bachelor's degrees in Public Relations and Advertising from Penn State University.
