Amir Mirab

Amir Mirab, CPA, currently serves as the Vice President of Accounting at Renewa since September 2025. Prior to this role, Amir held the position of Corporate Controller and Director of Technical Accounting and Financial Reporting at Heliogen from October 2022 to August 2025. Amir's experience includes serving as an Assurance Senior Manager and Assurance Manager at EY between August 2019 and October 2022, where responsibilities involved managing audit teams and providing financial statement assurance for various clients. Amir also worked at PKF Texas from October 2013 to July 2019, progressing from Audit Intern to Audit Manager. Amir holds a Master's Degree in Accounting from the University of Houston, completed in 2013, and a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from the same institution, obtained in 2012.
