Srisainath Ramachandran

Srisainath Ramachandran has extensive work experience in various roles, primarily in the field of software and systems development. Starting in 2004, they worked as a Software Engineer at Bitech International, focusing on an educational system. From 2006 to 2008, they served as a Senior Software Consultant at Mindteck, working on a partner rebate system for Hewlett Packard partners. In 2009, they joined Prediktor AS as a Senior Project Engineer, where they contributed to the programming and development of MES systems. Finally, since 2012, Srisainath has been with REC, where they have held roles ranging from Engineer to Director, specializing in CIM/MES system development, DevOps, and Azure services. Throughout their career, Srisainath has demonstrated a strong technical expertise and a strategic approach to problem-solving.

Srisainath Ramachandran completed their secondary education at Kaligi Ranganathan Montford Matriculation School from 1987 to 2000. Srisainath then pursued a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Computer Science at RMK Engineering College from 2000 to 2004. In terms of additional certifications, Srisainath obtained a Profession Certificate in Python Programming from Singapore Management University in 2021 and a Leadership in Digital Transformation certificate from Singapore Polytechnic in 2020. Srisainath also completed a NICF Architecting Software Solution course at NUS, although the year of completion is unspecified.
