Alicia Williams

Alicia Williams has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Alicia started their career in 2002 as a Human Resources Generalist at Oglebay Norton Company, where they worked until 2008. Alicia then joined Carmeuse North America as a Human Resources professional until 2012. Alicia transitioned to Pioneer Natural Resources Company, which later acquired Carmeuse Industrial Sands, and worked in Human Resources there from 2012 to 2015. In 2017, they joined Renewable Energy Systems Americas Inc., initially in the role of DOT Compliance and later as a Field Training Administrator. Additionally, Alicia has had a role as a Personnel Specialist in the US Air Force Reserve since 2011.

Alicia Williams attended Texas Tech University from 2015 to 2018, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Resources Development.
