Batuhan T. has worked in various roles and companies throughout their career. Batuhan began their work experience in 2010 as a Stajyer Mühendis at UNIDO, where they gained valuable experience for a brief period. In 2011, they worked as a Stajyer Mühendis at E.Ü.A.ş. Ambarlı Doğal Gaz & Fuel Oil Kombine Çevrim Santrali.

In 2013, Batuhan joined Ferko İnşaat as a Saha Mühendisi for a period of nine months. Batuhan then moved on to RES in 2015, where they started as a Business Developer before becoming a Project Developer in 2017. Later on, they held the position of a Project Development Coordinator from 2018 until 2021.

Batuhan'smost recent role at RES was as a Project Development Manager, where they were responsible for developing solar and wind energy projects in the Turkish renewable energy market. Batuhan successfully coordinated the development team with the Engineering and Technical teams while overseeing the development of pre-license permits for wind power plants, including EIA, zoning plan approval, land acquisition, and transmission lines.

Overall, Batuhan T. has a diverse work experience in the renewable energy industry and has shown continuous growth and development throughout their career.

Batuhan T. attended Bahcesehir University from 2007 to 2012, where they obtained a degree from the Engineering Faculty in Energy Systems Engineering. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at Yenilevent Lisesi from 2003 to 2006, specializing in the field of Science-Mathematics. Additionally, they obtained a certification in AutoCAD from Biladım Teknik Eğitim Merkezi in January 2015.
