Ben Hooper

Ben Hooper is an experienced human resources leader currently serving as the Head of Global People & Culture Operations and the Head of People & Culture for EMEA at RES since April 2024. Previously, Ben held the position of Chief People Officer at Doncasters Group from September 2022 to March 2024, during a time of significant organizational change. Prior to that, Ben served as Chief Human Resources Officer at Signature Aviation plc from January 2015 to December 2021, overseeing global HR operations and supporting a workforce of 7,000. With prior roles including Vice President of Global HR Operations and various HR leadership positions at Univar, Asda, and Argos, Ben holds an MA in Human Resource Management from the University of Hertfordshire and a BA(hons) in Government from the University of Lancashire, along with completing an Executive Leadership Program at Duke University.
