Carlos Silva

Carlos Silva currently serves as the Head of Sales for Northern Europe in Operations and Maintenance (O&M) Services at RES, effective March 2024. Previously, Carlos was the Business Development Manager at Ingeteam Service UK, focusing on enhancing operational expenditure for asset owners in the energy sector. Carlos also held the role of CX Service Delivery Manager EMEA South at SAP, facilitating successful project implementations in customer experience solutions, and contributed significantly to the sales strategies at NEM Solutions. Carlos has extensive experience in retail and merchandising with Reebok and adidas, and began a career in engineering with practical roles in electrical construction and automotive design. Educational qualifications include a Mechanical Electrical Engineering degree from Tecnológico de Monterrey, complemented by advanced studies in Renewable Energy and Artificial Intelligence in Business.
