Emma Estrella

Emma Estrella has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Emma currently holds the position of Group Director, Culture and Talent Development at RES, the world's largest independent renewable energy company. In this role, Emma is responsible for managing and developing the company's culture and talent initiatives. Prior to this, they held the role of Director, Culture & Talent Development and Senior Manager, Culture and Talent Development at RES.

Before joining RES, Emma worked as the Internal Communications Manager at PowerSchool Group LLC, where they were responsible for overseeing internal communications within the organization. Emma also worked as the Internal Communications Manager, Americas at RES, where they focused on communication strategies for the Americas region. Emma has also worked as an Integration Manager at RES and as an Executive Assistant to the President at System 3, Inc.

In addition to their corporate experience, Emma has also worked as a Creative Consultant at EKE Creative Services and as an Instructor and Writing Assistant at UC Davis. At UC Davis, they designed and taught creative writing courses for undergraduates and assisted tenured professors in teaching diverse courses. In January 2014, Emma obtained a certification in Grant Writing from Grant Writing USA.
