Hallstein Havåg

Hallstein Havåg currently serves as Project Development Manager at RES, starting in August 2024. Previously, Hallstein was a Senior Advisor to the Board and CEO at Miljøstiftelsen Bellona from January 2020 to August 2024, contributing to management and policy development within the organization. Prior roles include Senior Advisor at Xyntéo and Director of Policy and Research at Bellona, where Hallstein was responsible for personnel management, strategy development, and a wide range of policy and research topics. Hallstein also held various positions at Alstom Power, including Group Manager for Mechanical and Project Engineering and Regional Sales Manager for the Middle East. Hallstein's educational background includes an M.Sc. in Energy and Environmental Engineering from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology, obtained in 2006.
