Jaime Steve

Jaime Steve has a strong background in government relations and legislative affairs. Jaime has held various roles in these areas throughout their career.

Jaime started as the Director of Legislative Affairs at the American Wind Energy Association (AWEA) from February 1997 to June 2009. Following this, they joined Pattern Energy as the Director of Government Affairs from February 2009 to January 2015. Jaime then worked as a Principal at Government Affairs Consulting for a short period in January 2015. Finally, they joined RES-Americas as the Vice President of Government Relations in March 2015, where they currently work.

Jaime Steve earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Natural Resources Management from Cornell University between 1982 and 1984. Following this, from 1986 to 1989, Jaime attended New York Law School, where they obtained a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.
