Jp Dicicco

JP DiCicco has an extensive work history, starting in 1995 as an intern for EDS, where they supported pre-sales efforts and implemented Windows-based systems. JP then worked for Verilytics as a Systems Administrator before joining Suncom as both a Systems Administrator and Security Administrator. In 2007, they became a Network Admin II for Specialized Loan Servicing, LLC. From 2010 to 2016, JP worked for Long View Systems, first as a Systems Consultant and then as a Solution Architect. JP then joined Catapult Systems as a Senior Lead Consultant, specializing in Unified Communications. Currently, JP is employed at RES as the Manager of IT Infrastructure Operations and previously held the role of IT Infrastructure Team Lead. Throughout their career, JP has demonstrated their ability to deliver projects and solutions, support managers, and positively contribute to business priorities.

JP DiCicco attended Principia College from 1994 to 1998, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Computer Science. JP also has several additional certifications, including MCSE1: Windows NT 4.0 and MCPS: Microsoft Certified Professional + Internet, both obtained in 1999. In 2002, JP obtained the MCSE1: Windows 2000 certification. In 2008, they obtained the MCTS: Windows Server 2008 Network Infrastructure, Configuration certification. JP further expanded their certifications in 2010 by obtaining the ITIL Foundation certification from ITSM Academy. In 2012, JP obtained the MCTS: Microsoft Lync Server 2010, Configuring certification. JP'smost recent certifications were obtained in 2013 and 2016, namely the MCPS: Microsoft Certified Professional and the MS: Architecting Microsoft Azure Solutions, respectively, both from Microsoft.
