Matthew Krivos

Vice President, Energy Storage at Renewable Energy Systems

Matthew Krivos has a diverse work experience in the renewable energy industry. Matthew is currently working at RES Americas as the Vice President of Energy Storage since November 2019. Prior to this role, they served as the Director of Energy Storage from January 2016 to November 2019 and as the Development Manager of Energy Storage from July 2013 to January 2016 at the same company. Before joining RES Americas, Matthew worked at MCK Consulting as a Principal from September 2012 to July 2013, where they provided consulting services to the renewable energy development industry. Matthew was responsible for developing a market analysis report and assisting in the design of a software platform for wind energy developers. Matthew also had extensive experience at juwi Wind, where they served as a Senior Project Manager from November 2007 to August 2012. In this role, they managed various aspects of wind farm development, including land leasing, wind resource assessment campaigns, and grid interconnection applications.

Matthew Krivos earned their BA in Physics from The College of Wooster, where they studied from 1998 to 2002. Matthew further pursued their education at Case Western Reserve University, where they obtained an MS degree in Physics Entrepreneurship from 2003 to 2005.
