James de Fraine

James de Fraine has a diverse work experience in the field of land management and development. James has held various roles, including Head of Land, Senior Land Manager, and Land Officer at Renewable Connections since October 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Land Officer at Suncredit Energy from October 2018 to January 2020. James also gained experience as an Acquisition & Development Surveyor at South Central Management from June 2017 to October 2018. Additionally, they have worked as a Graduate Land Buyer at Bellway Homes from September 2015 to May 2017, and as a Land Negotiator at Green & Co. in 2014. James began their career with an internship at Hanover Green LLP in June 2014.

James de Fraine studied at the University of the West of England from 2011 to 2014. James earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Property Investment and Management during that time. Additionally, they hold a certification as a PADI Rescue Diver from PADI, however, it is not clear when they obtained this certification.
