Erica Albrecht, MS, CDP has worked in various roles within the healthcare and social services field. Currently serving as a Care Manager at Renewal Memory Partners, Erica supervises and ensures the quality of care provided to clients. With previous experience as a Director of Senior Services and Rehab Social Worker, Erica has a strong background in managing and coordinating services for older adults and rehabilitation patients. Holding a Master's of Science in Gerontology and a Bachelor's of Social Work, Erica is dedicated to providing compassionate care and support to individuals in need.
