Allison Waits

Allison Waits is a dedicated physical therapist with a diverse background in various healthcare settings. Currently serving at Renewal Rehab since August 2024, Allison provides physical therapy in skilled nursing and rehabilitation. Previously, Allison worked as a pediatric physical therapist at Milestone Therapy from June 2023 to August 2024 and as a primary Medical ICU physical therapist at Mobile Infirmary Medical Center, where involvement in multidisciplinary team rounds and patient safety initiatives was key. Experiences also include managing acute care teams at EnduraCare Acute Care Services, offering evaluations and treatments for a wide range of patients, and completing clinical rotations at several hospitals during education at Midwestern University, where a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree was earned. Allison holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Elmhurst University.
