Michael Seale

Michael Seale has a diverse range of work experience in various roles. MICHAEL started their career as an Orientation Coordinator at Auburn University, where they were responsible for coordinating the transfer orientation program. MICHAEL then worked as an In-Store Coordinator at Winn-Dixie before moving on to become a Student Ministry Associate at Northcliffe Baptist Church.

Following that, Michael worked as a Branch Associate at BBVA Compass and then held different positions at LifeWay Christian Resources, including Program Director for Fuge Camps and Student Life. In these roles, they led production elements at camp, taught Bible study, and led students to mission sites.

Michael also served as the Associate Director of Media and Social Media Manager at Christ UMC Mobile, where they oversaw audio, lighting, live streaming, and recording of services. MICHAEL also played a key role in recruiting, training, and leading volunteers. Additionally, they were responsible for designing and maintaining the church's website and social media pages, as well as video editing and creating sermon graphics and presentations.

MICHAEL then worked as the Technical Arts Director at Valley View Baptist Church, where they oversaw audio and visual needs for the church and led a team of volunteers and staff. Michael later became the Director of Customer Support at Renewed Vision, a software company. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing the support team, participating in the support process with customers, and facilitating communication with the development team.

Currently, Michael is working as a Production Coordinator at Favor City Church, where they oversee audio, video, and lighting elements of weekly services and coordinates production load in and load out.
