Gulsah KOSOVA has held various finance roles since 2007. Gulsah began their career at Prysmian Group as a Risk Management and Accounting Responsible. In 2011, they moved to Aktas Holding as a Financial Controller. In 2013, they took on the role of Head Of Controlling at TrelleborgVibracoustic. In 2015, they were a Finance Manager at Crown Holdings, Inc. and in 2016, they became a Cost Controlling and Accounting Chief at Karsan Automotive. Most recently, in 2022, they joined RenGen.io as a Controlling and Reporting Manager.

Gulsah KOSOVA's education history includes a Bachelor of Science in PSPA from Orta Doğu Teknik Üniversitesi / Middle East Technical University from 2002 to 2006, and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management, General from Uludag University from 2010 to 2012. In addition, they have obtained certifications in ISO 9001:2008 İç Denetçisi from Hisa Danışmanlık in December 2015, 7 HABITS OF EFFECTIVE LEADERS from Franklin Covey in January 2018, and MESS REFA COST ACCOUNTING METHODS from MESS Turkish Employers' Association of Metal Industries in March 2017.
