Henrik Voss serves as the Head of Strategy, M&A, Corporate Development, and Treasury at RENK Group since July 2022. Prior to this role, Voss was the Managing Director of Transactions at BOG Capital, focusing on automotive powertrain investments from June 2021 to June 2022. Voss spent over a decade at Rothschild & Co, where contributions as Managing Director included M&A in the Industrials and Automotive sectors. Earlier experience includes positions as an Associate at Goldman Sachs and as an Analyst/Associate at UBS Investment Bank, providing M&A expertise across Frankfurt, Hong Kong, and New York. Voss holds a Diplom-Ingenieur in Engineering/Industrial Management from Technische Universität Berlin and attended the University of California, Berkeley for further education.
