Ijeoma Egwim

Ijeoma Egwim is a finance professional with extensive experience in credit collections and banking. Currently serving as a Senior Credit Collections Analyst at Renmoney since November 2019, Ijeoma specializes in loan recovery, customer communication regarding overdue payments, and negotiating feasible payment plans. Prior to this role, Ijeoma held positions at Stanbic Bank as a Loan Officer, focused on ensuring accurate loan disbursement and exceeding customer service expectations, and at Diamond Bank Plc as a Personal Banking Officer, managing account transactions and customer relations. Ijeoma began the banking career as a Bank Teller at Diamond Mortgages Limited.
