Thibault Jarnigon

Thibault Jarnigon is a recruitment officer at Rennes Métropole since February 2014, responsible for launching and overseeing recruitment procedures across various sectors, including Culture, Human Resources, Finance-Accounting, Information Systems, and the General Secretariat. Additionally, Thibault manages administrative, legal, and accounting aspects of the Fibre Optique Rennaise network and engages with external partners. Prior to this role, Thibault served as General Secretary at the Mairie de La Baussaine and the Mairie de Rannée.
