Neil Loxley

Neil Loxley has extensive work experience in various consulting and engineering roles. Neil was the Global Head of OE and OD at Renoir Consulting, where they designed and implemented effective organizations across different sectors and countries. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Project Manager at Renoir Consulting, focusing on increasing the output of the iron ore value chain. Neil also served as the Head of Performance Management at Cable&Wireless and was a Strategic Consulting Partner at Conduco Consulting. Additionally, they worked as a Director at Acuity Consulting, an Operations Manager at Celerant Consulting, and a CI Engineer at BAE Systems.

Neil Loxley has a rich educational background that spans several prestigious institutions. In 1983, they began their academic journey at De Montfort University, where they pursued a degree in Engineering and manufacturing management.
