Susan Oliver

VP, Merchandising at RenoRun

Susan Oliver is the current VP of Merchandising at RenoRun. Prior to that, they were the Director of Worldwide Category Management at Microsoft from July 2018 to May 2022. In this role, they were responsible for hardware category management for Microsoft Stores worldwide, including Surface, Xbox, Windows PCs, Mobile Phones, MRVR & IoT.

Before their time at Microsoft, Susan was on the founding team of Walmart eCommerce's Jetblack division from January 2017 to July 2018. Jetblack was a concierge shopping service for affluent mothers in New York City that provided product recommendations and same-day delivery via text message. Susan was responsible for merchandising, business development, partnerships and strategic projects, and helped create the underlying personalization algorithm that facilitated orders and same day delivery.

Prior to their time at Jetblack, Susan was the Associate Director of Merchandising at Jet.com from September 2015 to August 2017. Before that, they were a Senior Buyer at Burberry from September 2013 to September 2015.

Susan Oliver has a Master of Business Administration from the University of Washington's Michael G. Foster School of Business, with a focus in finance and entrepreneurship. Susan also has a Bachelor of Science in Business from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota, with concentrations in marketing, international business, and Spanish.

Susan Oliver reports to Eamonn O’Rourke, Co-Founder & CEO. They work with David Needham - CTO, Misa D. - VP, Marketing, and Joelle Chartrand - Co-Founder & VP, Culture.
