Jordan Arvin has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. In 2012, they worked as an SEO Specialist at Think First Marketing. In 2013, they served as a Technical Marketing Intern at Caterpillar Inc., managing content for the new Cat.com website. Later that year, they interned at Taylor University, organizing visit days and managing student workers as an Admissions Intern. In 2014, they returned to Caterpillar Inc. as an OEM Solutions Marketing Communications Intern, improving trade show processes and creating an iPad pilot program for sales aids. They also worked as an Assistant Admissions Counselor at Taylor University, helping recruit the largest class of students. In 2015, they joined Octiv, starting as a Sales Development Representative, then transitioning to a Technical Support Analyst, and finally becoming an Implementation Project Manager. Most recently, in 2017, they joined Renovia as the Director of Technology, where they have been responsible for advising the management team on IT matters, coordinating projects and vendors, managing costs and timescales, evaluating platforms, and maintaining company technology.

Jordan Arvin obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Marketing from Taylor University, where they studied from 2011 to 2015. In addition to their degree, they have also earned several certifications, including being a member of the Forbes Technology Council, completing the Hubspot Marketing Fundamentals course, and obtaining a Six Sigma Green Belt certification from Caterpillar Inc. The Forbes Technology Council membership was obtained in June 2020, the Hubspot Marketing Fundamentals certification was obtained in March 2018, and the Six Sigma Green Belt certification was obtained in July 2013.
