Michela Crespi is an experienced Human Resources professional with a diverse background spanning various roles in HR. Currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at Renovit since May 2022, Michela has previously worked as a Human Resource Generalist at IWT Cleaning Excellence and Tecniplast. Prior experience includes positions at Bosch Rexroth as a Human Resource Specialist Administration, Randstad Italia as a Human Resource Specialist Recruiter, and teaching law at ILC School.
