Daniel Rosen is the Co-founder and Head of Lending at Renovo Financial, a private residential rehab lender focusing on the needs of real estate investors. Daniel is also the Head of Sales at Make-A-Wish Foundation of Illinois, serving as a Wish Granter. Previously, Daniel founded Ventura Development LLC, worked as a Rehab Consultant at Smith Rothchild Financial, and served as a Board Member at The Village Foundation. With a background in real estate finance and business, Daniel has extensive experience in the real estate industry.
