Justin Zaprowski

Justin Zaprowski currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Operations at Renovo Financial since September 2022, after holding the position of Vice President of Client Services/Payments & Statements. Prior to this, Justin Zaprowski spent nearly a decade at Fay Servicing, LLC, progressing from Account Manager to Vice President of Servicing, where responsibilities included strategic leadership, operational risk management, and training of account managers. This tenure also involved managing a multibillion-dollar portfolio and serving as the main point of contact for client issues. Earlier professional experience includes roles at Bank of America as a Customer Relationship Manager and at AMS Servicing, LLC as a Junior Asset Manager and Loan Consultant.
