Andrew Ulvenes

Andrew Ulvenes has a diverse work experience in various leadership roles. Andrew is currently the Chief Operating Officer at Renovo Solutions, where they focus on performance, quality, and growth. Andrew has also worked as the EVP Operational Technology (OT) Advisory Services at First Health Advisory and as the Vice President Healthcare Technology Management & IoMT Cyber Security at Kaiser Permanente. At Kaiser Permanente, they were responsible for building a cybersecurity program and establishing industry standards for medical device cybersecurity. Andrew has also held roles in procurement, integration management, and clinical technology at Kaiser Permanente. Additionally, Andrew has worked as an Industry Advisor at Ordr Inc. and in various roles at GE Healthcare, including Director of Business Development and Delivery Leader. Andrew began their career at Dynamic Air as a Regional Sales Manager and Applications Engineer.

Andrew Ulvenes has a diverse education history. In 1995, they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on Biomedical from the University of Minnesota. In 2005, they pursued further education at Saint Mary's College of California and completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Business Administration and Management. More recently, in 2020-2021, Andrew enrolled in the Kaiser Permanente Executive Leadership Program offered by the Harvard Business School Executive Education. In addition to their formal education, they also obtained the certification of Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE) in 2013 from the American College of Healthcare Executives.
