Stefan Smit is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in executive roles within the property services industry. Currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at Renprop (Pty) Ltd since June 2023, Stefan has previously held significant positions such as Group Financial Director at Excellerate Property Services from March 2021 to June 2023 and Chief Financial Officer at JHI Retail from August 2019 to March 2021. Prior to these roles, Stefan was a Senior Manager Finance at JHI Properties (Pty) Ltd / Cushman & Wakefield Excellerate from September 2015 to March 2021.
