Claire Gonyo

Claire Gonyo is an experienced higher education professional currently serving as an Institutional Research Analyst and Undergraduate Class Dean at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute since October 2018. Previous roles include Postdoctoral Research Associate at Western Michigan University, and various academic advising and research positions at Michigan State University. Gonyo also held significant roles at Penn State University as Assistant Director of the LGBTA Student Resource Center and as a Residence Life Coordinator at the University of South Florida. Gonyo earned a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Higher Adult and Lifelong Education from Michigan State University, a Master of Science in Higher Education Administration from Syracuse University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from SUNY Oneonta.
