Clint Ballinger

Clint Ballinger is a Professor of Practice and Executive Entrepreneur in Residence at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, where responsibilities include teaching and mentoring students in the Mechanical, Aero, and Nuclear Department, along with developing and leading entrepreneurship courses and programs. With a background in consulting as the President/Owner of Kipway and experience as a CEO and founder in startups such as SelfArray, Clint has a strong focus on transforming complex technologies into innovative products. Previous roles include Director of Undergraduate Programs at the Lally School of Management, and significant leadership positions at Evident Thermoelectrics and Evident Technologies, where expertise was developed in product development, strategic planning, and technology commercialization. Clint's academic credentials include a Ph.D. in Nuclear Engineering from the University of Michigan and a BS in Nuclear Engineering from Missouri University of Science and Technology.
