Antonella Zompa

Antonella Zompa is an experienced professional in consulting and academia, currently serving as an Author & Consultant at AZ Consulting since May 2018, where the focus includes team performance workshops and continuous improvement coaching. As a Professor of Practice at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, Antonella instructs courses in Lean Six Sigma and Engineering Project Management for master's students. Previous roles include significant positions at Philips Lighting, GE Energy, and Svedala Industries, where responsibilities ranged from leading operations and quality initiatives to managing large-scale projects and driving business transformation.
