Heather Fawcett DeAcosta has held various roles in the technology and consulting industry since 2009. Heather Fawcett began their career as a Microsoft Student Partner at Microsoft in 2009. In 2010, they held the role of Developmental Project Manager/Programmer at the Central Intelligence Agency. From 2009 to 2012, they worked as a Research Assistant for wConnect at CSCL - Pennsylvania State University. During this time, they also held the roles of Business Analyst - Associate Consultant and Microsoft Dynamics CRM- Associate Consultant II at Microsoft. In 2016, they became a CRM Consultant at BroadPoint, Inc. and in 2018, they took on the roles of Lead Solution Architect and Head Of Technology at Rent Ready. In March 2020, they added the Virus Safeguard service to curb virus spread via shared surfaces.
