Lynae Norman

Lynae Norman has over 14 years of professional experience in operations, analytics, and digital marketing. Lynae began their career in 2007 as a Brand Representative at Pacific Sunwear. In 2012, they joined APM Terminals as an Assistant Operations Manager, Terminal Support. In this role, they advanced through multiple roles, demonstrating agility, strong performance, and organizational commitment. Lynae was responsible for dispatching and ordering labor for all departments, managing and maintaining work schedules and contract compliance for 200+ employees, and daily cross-functional team collaboration. In 2019, they moved to Sunshower Farms L.L.C. as a Digital Marketing Manager. Most recently, in 2021, they joined Rent Ready as a Market Operations Manager.

Lynae Norman obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing and International Business from the University of Cincinnati between 2006 and 2010. In 2019 and 2020, they attended the MIT Sloan School of Management for Digital Marketing Analytics. Additionally, they obtained certifications in Interpersonal Communication and Communicating with Confidence from LinkedIn in November 2021 and October 2021, respectively.
