Erica Rothen

Erica Rothen is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in retail and buying, currently serving as the Director of Buying at Rent The Runway since June 2011, where responsibilities include overseeing Accessories, Handbags, and Contemporary RTW buying offices. Prior roles at Rent The Runway include Senior Buyer, Buyer, and Associate Buyer, as well as a position as Customer Insights Team Lead. Erica began her career as a Marketing Intern at Nashville Lifestyles Magazine and gained sales experience as a Sales Intern at DANNIJO. Erica holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human and Organizational Development and Art History from Vanderbilt University, complemented by study at Vanderbilt-in-France in 2010.
